Equine IVC Medium 2 - Blastocyst

For in vitro culture of embryos from day 5 high glucose

20 ml IVC medium in glass bottle, Prod. No. 3.08.020

The medium is Sodium Bicarbonate buffered and requires CO2 equilibration

The medium must be supplemented with 5% Serum

Key Ingredients:

Insulin, Hyaluronic Acid, Calcium L-Lactate, Selen, L-Carnitine, Ethanolamine, Sodium Pyruvate, Albumin, Transferrin, Inorganic Salts, Essential and Non-Essential Amino Acids, Vitamins, Sodium Bicarbonate, L-Glutamine, Glucose, Phenol Red, and Gentamycin

High glucose medium

For culture of day 5-6 embryos until blastocyst stage day 8-10. Can be used both in dishes and micro drops with an oil overlay

  • Sterility tested (Fungal and Bacterial)
  • Osmolality tested and pH tested
  • Endotoxin tested

  • Controlled environment and to human standards
  • Bovine Embryo Assay (BEA)
  • Batch analysis certificate available

Storage:

  • Store in original unopened container refrigerated 3-9 °C and protected from light
  • Do not expose to temperatures higher than 39°C
  • Do not freeze product it may precipitate < 2°C
  • The medium must be used within 10 days after opening, providing it has been handled aseptically and is kept refrigerated after opening
  • Discard unused medium if it has been warmed
